Early Bird Registration
To qualify for early bird registration fees, registrations must be made by close of business on 31 July 2010. If payment is not received within two weeks of this date, the early bird discount will not be available and the higher rate will apply.

 

Full registration includes:

  1. Entry to all sessions and displays

  2. Morning/afternoon tea and lunch

  3. Conference satchel and final program

  4. One Conference Gala dinner ticket

 

Non-members who purchase full registration also receive one-year membership to ANZOS and all the benefits that come with that membership.

Student Registration

Is available to students who possess a Student ID card. ID cards will have to be shown at the registration desk at the day of the conference.

 

Day Registrations include:

  1. Entry to all sessions and displays on the of day of attendance

  2. Morning/afternoon teas and lunches on the day of attendance

  3. Conference satchel and final program

 

Day registrations to not include tickets to the Gala Dinner.
Extra tickets to Gala Dinner are available for $150.00 each (Limited seats available) Please contact Chris Cafcakis via chris@eventc.com.au to arrange extra tickets or purchase tickets online by clicking here.

 

PAYMENT OF FEES:
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Payment in Australian dollars must accompany all registration forms and can be made by cheque, international bank draft drawn by and Australian bank or credit card.

If payment is being processed through a large organisation and may be delayed, please forward a separate copy for preliminary registration and ask your accounts section to ensure that the original form is forwarded with payment. However, registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received. We suggest you make a copy of this form for your own records.

 

TAXES
Australia has a federal goods and services tax (GST) of 10% which is included in the registration fee. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing to the secretariat. Cancellations received before 21 September 2010, will be refunded less an administration fee of $85. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund, although registrations are transferable. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstance and at the discretion of the organising committee. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All registrations will be acknowledged in writing and will include a summary of registration requirements as indicated on your registration form. A receipt of payment and tax invoice will also be included. Please check your confirmation letter carefully and notify the secretariat immediately of any changes required. If you have not received an acknowledgement three weeks after sending your details, we suggest that you contact the secretariat to ensure that your form has been received
